i like to read about everyone's opinions here, is nice and people explain why they don't like something. i don't know why i didn't think to come here first because i felt sad, kept reading reviews of people hating on this record and i don't understand why?!! i LOVE it. i think it's so fun and uplifting and well, other than her amazing ability to write a crushing ballad, i think hitomi herself really just wants to make her fans smile and have fun.
1. Just You (i like this song, i think it's a little weird for 1st song on album BUT, usually hitomi doesn't start album with actual song so this is kind of combo between first song and little electronic intro she usually has) 3/5
2. World! Wide! Love! is fun, cute, reminds me of more electronic ai no kotoba 4/5
3. Sagashitsuzuketetamono 5/5 i really love this song like everyone else!
4. eternal Sunshine! i'm so sad nobody loves this song, i LOVE this song!!! it was the first non-single i remembered and skipped to, i heart it, so driving and funa dn i love the way she throws her voice around on this and others too! 5/5
5.Tabidachinifukukaze 3/5 is fun rock/pop song, but nothing too different to reel you in and keep you there.
6. MEMORY -"actually, can i cover your tracks, you know?" "Sure! go ahead!" SO FUNNY! 5/5 i love this song. again with the driving chorus you know she wants you to jump up and down to during her live performance, so fun and really makes me smile.
7. Fight For Your Run 4/5 i really like this song, but it is, afterall, almost exactly the same song as Change Yourself so ya know...both songs are awesome but...
8.Hello Good-Bye 5/5 see, i really like this song because it's so ridiculous, others don't like because it's so silly, but it reminds me of fun 60's pop rock and she is clearly having fun singing it so it makes me have fun listening!
9.Beat 2/5 this song is a little too flower child for me, though i like the chorus, i usually skip this one
10. Kokoronosougen 3/5 another one i'm not excited about, i don't like the horns but i can see how others like, my mom loves this song!
11.Vision 3/5 i like this song and usually listen, reminds me kind of of earlier ballads, but the earlier ones are way better.

Saga was a really good song, I think what hurts is she never did a regular concert tour and play these songs, not enough fans have heard them. What I hope is Fight for your Run does not turn out to be a "forgotten song", I really like it, most people do, would have made for a better single and PV.

but its still an enjoyment to see my hitomi wearing tracksuit and maybe a ponytail (just like what she wore in her 10th anniversary concert encore). my eyes are drooling to see that

yeah, i do really like that song too, i don't think she'll forget, i SO wish she'd done a PV for it, but hitomi has passed the buck on awesome singles and PV's before...'I Am'. Oh and she's got some amazing B-Sides too that seem lost, like '7' and 'My Planet'. but at least FFYR is on an album. thought i think the PV for W!W!L! is cute, i'd like it a whole lot better if hitomi were in it! i have this same prob with 'renai hiko', OMG i LOVE that song and for PV i get little girl and homeless guy playing Alice in Wonderland on a beach? no fair!

i bet she will play a concert later on, LOVE CONCENT tour was late after album came out too, right? and never released a full concert DVD, just short one with PEACE box set [which is truely awesome, BTW ] or at least, it seems short compared with others!

but anyway, i think she will play/record some random show somewhere down the line and then we will be able to see FFYR live!

^i have never seen the PV of renai hikou, i know its part of the dVD of peace, right? i only got the CD-only version, and i accidentaly deleted LC tour disaster

and yah LOVE CONCENT was released about september and the tour started around october, thats quite fast actually, but we dont get LL2 tour, i think she needs more time with her baby. and sadly, what she did in her live lately are only her staple songs aka LOVE2000 and candy girl. that can be pretty boring

WOW. i had no idea Love Concent came out in September. i thought it came out in July, must've ordered it in July. that was another year when i was feeling pretty bad and my sweet hitomi called over and said, "HEY! quit pouting! i will give you a new album!" so i think i thought the PEACE set came out much farther than that because i got Peace Box in December that year. which still isn't that long. so nevermind! clearly, i have no idea what i'm talking about! yeah, i think LL2 will be very delayed cause she needs baby time. maybe she'll play some LL2 songs in a come-back show or something next year? hope so!

Maybe it's because she didn't sing them they weren't hits. Isn't the LC links still in the download thread? Renai hikou, didn't know that had a PV, I'll look for it, just about to watch this again, I still enjoy it.

It's not my favorite album from her. I like a few songs from this new but the song's title I can't pen in my mind. I'm still trying to latch on to everything.

I'm not sure if I've had mentioned this before, but all of the songs from LOVE LIFE2 was mostly composed and arranged by a new arranger named hiroyuki fujino. Zentaro Watanabe was the previous one, and IMO he is one of the main factor that makes hitomi's song is more fun and interesting. I'm not saying that the current one is bad, he did a great job too, but not as good as zentaro.

anyway, MEMORY was arranged by zentaro watanabe because this song was planned to be in traveler, not LOVE LIFE2

Now that its almost been a year now I can say that I still love the album and listen to it all the time. It has such a feel good summery feel to it, its so amazing. It isnt her best work- but her older albums are so goood, I don't think she could ever make anything that amazing ever again- LOVE LIFE 2 is close though

My favorite song is 旅立ちに吹く風
Fight for Your RUN* is my most played song (probobly because it was the "comeback" song)
VISION is probobly my least favorite
